Refunds

No-refund service policy

Pay Cycle Budgeting UK operates a no-refund policy once digital materials have been delivered, a consultation has taken place, or budgeting work has started. This is because the service involves time, preparation and/or immediate access to digital materials.

Before work starts

If a customer pays for the wrong service or changes their mind before any work has started and before any digital file has been delivered, Pay Cycle Budgeting UK may offer a correction, transfer to another service, credit, or refund at its discretion.

Digital downloads

Where a digital product is purchased for immediate access, the customer agrees that delivery begins immediately. Once the digital file has been supplied, refunds are not normally provided unless required by law.

Services

For budgeting services, work may begin as soon as payment is confirmed and the customer provides the information needed. Once work has started, refunds are not normally provided.

Statutory rights

This refund policy does not remove any statutory rights. If a product or service is faulty, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill, customers may still have rights under UK consumer law.

Missed appointments

Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be refunded. A rearrangement may be offered at Pay Cycle Budgeting UK’s discretion.
