Calls may be recorded for record-keeping, quality, training, dispute prevention and to make sure customer information is captured accurately for the household budget.
Consultations may take place using Google Meet or another agreed call method. Customers will be told before a recorded call starts.
Customers should not share bank login details, card details, passwords, National Insurance numbers, claim references or unrelated private information during a call.
Call recordings should only be kept for as long as needed for the reason they were recorded, then deleted securely in line with the internal retention schedule.
